High Desert Jobs is a job board that serves job seekers in the High Desert (Mojave Desert) region of Southern California including the Victor Valley, Antelope Valley, and Yucca Valley.

According to the Daily Press, nearly 40% of Victor Valley residents (Victorville, Apple Valley and Hesperia) are "super commuters." While nearly 17% of Palmdale residents make a super commute to work. A super commuter is someone who travels at least 90 minutes one way to work.

Additionally, High Desert Jobs was created to support the local community and businesses in finding local job talent.
