Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in patient care planning.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and ORTs during surgical procedures.
• Ensure availability of necessary supplies and timely case progression.
• Communicate updates effectively with patient families.
• Assist surgeons during operations, including scrubbing and equipment handling.
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care in compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN License required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in an operating room setting.
• Prior travel nursing experience is essential.
• Ability to take night and weekend on-call shifts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to anticipate care needs.
