What You’ll Do:
As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, efficient installations that leave our customers satisfied. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

• Complete bathroom remodels in a single day using carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction techniques
• Follow industry-standard procedures to ensure top-quality results and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers
• Keep work areas tidy and organized, respecting the customer's home
• Educate customers on how to properly care for their new installations
• Complete required paperwork and submit photos
• Stock and maintain the installation vehicle with necessary tools and materials

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, or home renovations
• Local to the Hesperia, CA area
• Ability to take accurate measurements (tape measure, level, combination square)
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
• Proficient with power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
