As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments with potential clients for sales executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using targeted lists provided by the company.
  • Engage in meaningful discussions with prospects to understand their payment processing challenges and needs.
  • Inform prospects about the features and benefits of company solutions.
  • Qualify leads based and arrange appointments for sales executives.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, outside sales, business development, B2B sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage prospects over the phone and build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes a plus.
