Job Summary

As a Team Member, you may have the opportunity to:

  • Work as a Cashier, greeting guests with a smile and providing courteous service
  • Run the drive-thru station and collaborate with a team to deliver fast and efficient service
  • Fire up the grills and cook chicken fresh
  • Prepare salsa and marinate chicken

This role provides a hands-on, versatile experience in restaurant operations.


Job Details

  • Work Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time hours available

  • Work Attire: EPL logoed shirt provided; black pants or jeans and nonslip shoes required

Requirements

  • Experience: No experience required; 1+ year in restaurant or customer service and/or cooking experience preferred
  • Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Communication: Ability to speak and read English preferred; second language is a plus
  • Competencies: Kitchen skills, customer service, time management, and POS experience preferred
  • Food Handler Card: Required where applicable
  • Physical Demands: Standing, talking, hearing, using vision, tasting/smelling, repetitive hand use, occasional stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling; lifting up to 40 lbs
