Family Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team who will provide  quality care to our patients.<\/span>

A Nurse Practitioner’s responsibilities include <\/span><\/span> helping with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations. They know there is no single solution when it comes to patient care. <\/span><\/span> If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and with all aspects of patient care, please share your past related experience along with your application.<\/span>

• Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses and provide treatment
  <\/li>
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
  <\/li>
• Gather health histories, perform physical examinations and diagnostic procedures
  <\/li>
• Develop and implement treatment plans
  <\/li>
• Dictate and document all patient interactions
  <\/li>
• Notify the managing physician about unusual or unexpected events or problems
  <\/li>
• Effectively communicate with diverse populations, including physicians, employees, patients, and families
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements<\/h3>
• Must hold current license/registration to practice
  <\/li>
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  <\/li>
• Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
  <\/li>
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  <\/li>
• Master’s Degree in Nursing
  <\/li>
