Under general supervision, Lead Child Care Navigator maintains workflow, completes referrals, communicates with the provider(s) to determine openings, processes timely care extensions, supports team training, and ensures enrollments transfer into long term care when possible. The Lead Child Care Navigator coordinates emergency child care for foster children and carries out various case management functions. The Lead Child Care Navigator exercises sound judgement to make independent decisions compliant and aligned with agency standards and program regulation.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Within the team structure, provide case management services to families enrolled in Bridge child care programs, which include the following responsibilities:

Experience: Experience working with families and children at risk of abuse or neglect, a plus.
Bilingual: Ability to converse, write and/or translate in Spanish or Armenian
