Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Help clients build resilience and well-being in our outpatient office in California by delivering high-quality therapy services. This role focuses on individualized care in a professional and supportive environment.

Your Role:

• Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
• Maintain client confidentiality and detailed documentation

Offer referrals to additional support services when necessary

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• Experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and other treatment approaches
