Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Outpatient Practice in California

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Support individuals, couples, and families through evidence-based therapy in our outpatient office. Work in a structured, professional setting that prioritizes both client care and therapist well-being.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Conduct therapy sessions for clients with diverse needs
• Coordinate care and connect clients with additional resources
• Maintain up-to-date clinical records
• Uphold ethical and confidentiality standards

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• Experience working in an outpatient setting
• Strong ability to engage with clients of all backgrounds
• Proficiency in multiple therapy modalities
