Position Overview
We're looking for friendly, reliable team members to provide excellent customer service and help create a fun experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with lane assignments.
- Process bowling, shoe rental, food, and beverage purchases.
- Answer phones and assist with reservations and customer questions.
- Help with parties, events, and daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Friendly, outgoing, and dependable.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Cash-handling experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
