Job Title: Hybrid Scheduling Coordinator / Behavior Technician (BT)

Job Summary: The Hybrid Scheduling Coordinator / Behavior Technician (BT) at 360 Human Services is a dual role that combines the responsibilities of managing scheduling tasks and providing direct behavioral intervention services. This role ensures the efficient scheduling of appointments and supports the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients at the Behavioral Treatment Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling Coordination:
  • Work collaboratively with the scheduling team under the direct supervision of the Scheduling Manager.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules for clinical team members, including Behavior Technicians and supervisors.
  • Communicate with clients, families, and team members to confirm appointments and address scheduling concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of team member availability and client appointments.
  • Work with scheduling software to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling.
  • Manage cancellations and reschedule appointments as necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly schedules to clients and staff.
  • Coordinate intake procedures and initial assessments with clinical teams and clients.

Behavioral Therapy Services:

  • Provide direct one-to-one ABA services to clients as outlined in their individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during sessions.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical team members regarding client progress and any concerns.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements.
  • Cover sessions in the event of a BI calling off to ensure continuity of care.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of client records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Support the clinical team with administrative tasks related to scheduling and client management.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Provide backup support for other administrative roles as needed.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Participate in regular audits of session notes and client programs to ensure compliance.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors, team members, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Provide feedback and communicate any concerns or issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in ABA therapy or related behavioral health services.
  • Experience in scheduling coordination or administrative support is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an asset but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally required to sit, stand, walk, grasp, push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel, squat, and drive a personal vehicle.
  • It may involve direct contact with individuals exhibiting aggressive or challenging behaviors.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
