Patient Registration Clerk-Float

In your role as Patient Registration Clerk you will report to Patient Access Manager. Your responsibilities will include greeting and registering patients, completing paperwork, answering telephones, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments for patients, and performing general office functions as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High School diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, healthcare experience, insurance verification
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Experience with electronic medical records programs preferred
