Job Description:
Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

.Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in physical therapy, Or
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines
- California Physical Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days upon hire
Preferred qualifications:
- Home Health experience.
- 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
