Job Summary:
Under the direction of the IS/Clinic Regional Director, the Quality Improvement (QI) Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervisory oversight of the clinical and technical accuracy of the clinical records. The QI Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for implementing and monitoring data collection and aggregation of the data as related to the analysis of various clinical record indicators.
The QI Clinical Supervisor is a detail oriented, organized, and energetic self-starter who displays flexibility and openness throughout their work. This individual works diligently to meet deadlines and works well under pressure. This individual teaches, motivates and inspires staff to apply clinical knowledge while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements in the clinical record.
Requirements:
Position Location: Lancaster, CA
Salary Range: $82,000 up to $94,682 per year
Hybrid work schedule and service delivery via telehealth on occasion available.
Flexible schedules are available upon successful completion of introductory period.
Eligible employees may request up to 5 days of Paid Time Off to study for their licensure.
