Become part of our Hometown Hospitality and join the City of Hesperia’s Public Works team as a Senior Maintenance Worker.
We’re looking for a service-oriented individual to lead and perform complex maintenance on our traffic control systems, including street signs, signals, and pavement markings.

The Senior Maintenance Worker will take charge of diverse projects from start to finish, strategically planning, estimating resources, and overseeing the effective use of equipment and tools. Education and/or Experience:
Any combination of education and experience that has provided the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for a Senior Maintenance Worker. A typical way of obtaining the required qualifications is to possess the equivalent of three (3) years of directly related maintenance experience, and a High School diploma or GED.
License/Certificate:
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid class “C” California driver’s license.
- Possession of a valid Class “A” California driver’s license may be required for some positions.
