Location: 634 S China Lake Blvd Ridgecrest, CA
We’re looking for a Team Shift Lead who enjoys leading a team and providing great guest service in a fast-paced, fun environment. This role leads the Front of House (FOH) team and helps ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support FOH team members
- Oversee leagues, tournaments, and daily front desk operations
- Coordinate and supervise birthday parties and event hosts
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Help manage staff schedules and event coverage
- Monitor bowling gear inventory (shoes, balls, lockers, socks, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with California labor laws (breaks and meal periods)
- Open and close the facility, including till balancing and deposits
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful workplace
- Help develop new leagues, events, and community tournaments
Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Customer service focused and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Must have or be able to obtain:
- Food Handler Certification (FHC)
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification (RBS)
