The Job 

Sanderling Renal Services is seeking an experienced, dialysis registered nurse who is looking to join our high performing team. If you have a passion for working with top notch individuals and delivering exceptional patient care, Sanderling is the organization for you!

Provide nursing care to in-center and home dialysis patients.

• Responsible for Plan of Care, monitoring, administration, and documentation of medication administration.
• Oversight of patient care technicians (including Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians, and CCHT’s in training.
• Clinical collaboration with the patient’s nephrologist.
• Communication with other providers (SNF, Acute Care, Home Health) as required for the clinic’s patients.
• Work with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary Team on a regular basis (Social Worker Dietitian, Nephrologist, CCHT)
• Upholds and supports company values in words and actions. Speaks respectfully to patients and teammates and strives to follow company policies and procedures.

What we need:

• Registered Nurse, with at least two years of clinical dialysis experience.
• Current appropriate state licensure required.
• Strong computer literacy and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.
• Must be a team player and able to work in an environment with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Desire to grow and develop in the dialysis profession.
