Physical Therapist – Home Health Care Services at St Mary High Desert Medical Group

Schedule: Full time Day shift
Possible Service Locations: Hesperia CA
Pay Structure: Pay Per Visit

Job Description:
Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in physical therapy, Or
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines
• California Physical Therapist License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days upon hire

Preferred qualifications:

• Home Health experience.
• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
